The Village of Frederic bills for the water and sewer utility.  The billing is done quarterly (March 31, June 30, September 30, December 31) and bills are due 20 days after issue. There is a flat rate of $98.82 (amount may vary for commercial customers and residents with larger meters) billed each quarter regardless of how much water is used.  In addition to the flat rate, you will be charged for usage.

For smaller payments and easier monthly budgeting, we offer an Average Monthly Payment (AMP) Plan. The AMP Plan spreads the cost of water and sewer over the whole year so you can pay roughly the same amount each month, instead of one large bill every three months. 

 

 We accept cash, check and credit card payments.  There is a third party service fee for all credit card payments. We now have a no fee option if you pay with your bank account. We also offer an automatic payment option. You can find the enrollment form
